Altered

In a dystopian future split between the genetically altered and the unaltered, a paraplegic man and his 12-year-old protégé stumble into a conspiracy that plays like Gattaca for idiots before abruptly pivoting into Iron Man for idiots. Brief as it is, the runtime offers little relief from a badly acted, poorly written patchwork stitched together from far better films.
